These general terms and conditions govern the relations between SPA Hotel Persenk regarding the services provided and the hotel guests.
1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation at SPA Hotel Persenk in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of accommodation.
1.3. You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It describes the type and number of rooms reserved, the date of check-in and check-out from the hotel, the number and age of guests specified in the reservation request, as well as the amount due. Please read this information carefully and contact us if any correction is necessary.
1.4. At the discretion of the hotelier, a guarantee deposit of 50% of the reservation value is required. Payment by the client should be made within no more than 5 (five) days after sending our email (unless another deadline has been agreed), but no later than 3 days before the accommodation itself. The remainder of the total amount of your reservation is payable on site at the hotel.
1.5. After receiving advance payment, your reservation is valid and considered finally CONFIRMED.
1.6. If payment is not made within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question.
1.7. When a client makes a reservation at SPA Hotel Persenk, it is considered that he has read these general terms and conditions and agrees with them.
2. RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. You can cancel a reservation in one of the following ways:

2.2. When canceling a confirmed reservation (does not apply to holiday offers) 14 (Fourteen) or more days before the check-in date, the client does not owe a penalty.
2.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not valid for holiday offers) less than 7 (seven) days before the check-in date or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, a penalty in the amount of the first night’s stay of each of the reserved rooms, paid as a deposit, is due.
2.4. If you cancel a confirmed reservation under a package offer less than 7 (seven) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.
2.5. If you cancel a confirmed reservation under a holiday offer less than 20 (twenty) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.
2.6. Spa hotel Persenk запазва правото си да анулира потвърдена и платена резервация в случай на форсмажорни обстоятелства и други, независещи от хотелиера, причини. In these cases, the hotelier:
Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices
Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without owing a penalty to the same.
2.7. The above conditions for cancellations of holiday package reservations are valid only if no other conditions are specified when preparing the package itself.
3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: after 2:00 PM.
Check-out: until 12:00.
Late check-out is possible until 6:00 PM, upon prior request and subject to availability for the day. The late check-out fee is 30% of the overnight stay of the selected package.
4. PETS
The fee for a pet is 80 BGN / 40.90 EUR per night, plus a one-time fee of 80 BGN / 40.90 EUR for basic cleaning and disinfection upon departure.
The hotel allows up to one pet per room/apartment, up to 8 kg., it is advisable to use diapers.
Upon check-in, the owner fills out a Declaration, agreeing in writing to the following conditions:
4.1. Pets are not allowed in establishments serving food and beverages, as well as in the areas adjacent to them.
4.2. Pets are not allowed in the hotel courtyard.
4.3. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools and spa.
4.4. The rooms are cleaned only in the absence of the pet, after the owner has notified the reception in advance.
4.5. Guests with pets are accommodated only on the first hotel floor.
4.6. The room is vacated in the presence of the guest and a hotel employee.
4.7. Any damage caused by the pet will be paid by the owner at market value, announced at reception.
