Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the announced price of the tourist services requested by him and confirmed by the hotel.
The client pays the remaining part of the reservation amount by bank transfer before the date of check-in.
In the event of failure to pay, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without notifying the client.
The client may cancel the services without incurring any penalties, no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival at the hotel.
In the event of cancellation between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days before the date of arrival of the client at the hotel, a penalty of one night's stay is due.
In the event of cancellation less than seven days before the date of arrival, as well as in the event of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid is retained as a penalty.
