BULGARIAN STYLE TOAST

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Mix the eggs and the salt.

  2. Dip every slice in the mixture.

  3. Fry the slices on both sides until they get golden colour.

  4. You can put the ready toasts on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.

  5. Serve the toasts with jam, honey or cheese.
