ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

A child from 0 to 6 years old on an extra bed is accommodated free of charge on a BB basis.
For a child from 7 to 12 years old, accommodated in an extra bed, an additional charge of €21 / 41.07 BGN is charged on a bed and breakfast basis and €29 / 56.72 BGN per day on a bed and breakfast and dinner basis.
An adult on an extra bed pays €57 / 111.48 BGN on a bed and breakfast basis and €75 / 146.69 BGN on a bed and breakfast and dinner basis
Single accommodation in a double room – 80% of the double room price is charged

Payment and cancellation terms:

Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the quoted price of the tourist services requested and confirmed by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation shall be paid by the customer at the hotel.
In case of non-payment, the hotel may cancel the reservation without notifying the customer.
The client may cancel the services without incurring any penalties no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival at the hotel.
In case of cancellation between 14 (fourteenth) and 7 (seventh) days before the date of the client's arrival at the hotel, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than seven days before the arrival date, as well as in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty.
