ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

A child from 0 to 6 years old on an extra bed is accommodated free of charge on a BB basis.
For a child from 6 to 12 years old, accommodated in an extra bed, an additional charge of €21 / per night with breakfast and €29 / per day with breakfast and dinner.
An adult on an extra bed pays 57 € / on a bed and breakfast basis and 145 leva / 75 € on a bed and breakfast and dinner basis
Single accommodation in a double room – 80% of the double room price is charged.

Payment and cancellation terms:

Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the announced price of the tourist services requested by him and confirmed by the hotel.
The client pays the remaining part of the reservation amount by bank transfer before the check-in date.
In the event of non-payment, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without notifying the client.
The client may cancel the services without incurring any penalties, no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival at the hotel.
In case of cancellation between 14 (fourteenth) and 7 (seventh) days before the date of the client's arrival at the hotel, a penalty of one night's stay is due.
In case of cancellation less than seven days before the arrival date, as well as in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty.

* If there are fewer than 15 guests for dinner at the restaurant, an Assorted Salad and Cold Hors d’oeuvre will be selected and served for you from the variety of the Salad Bar.
