  • Reservations are considered confirmed upon advance payment of 50% of the amount within 7 days of reservation and written confirmation by the hotel.
  • The rest of the amount is paid by 12/15/23.
  • No penalties are due for cancellations of reservations made no later than 15.11.2023
  • In case of cancellations of reservations made between 16.11.2023 and 15.12.2023, a penalty of 50% of the amount is retained
  • For cancellations of reservations made after 16.12.2023, a penalty of 100% of the amount is retained
