ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

A child from 0 to 6 years old stays free of charge on an extra bed.
For a child from 6 to 12 years old, accommodated in an extra bed, €21 / 41.07 BGN is charged on a bed and breakfast basis and €29 / 56.72 BGN on a bed and breakfast and dinner basis.
An adult on an extra bed pays €57 / 111.48 BGN per day on a bed and breakfast basis and €75 / 146.69 BGN per day on a bed and breakfast and dinner basis
Single accommodation – 80% of the double room rate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Within 3 (three) days from the date of the confirmation sent in writing by the hotel, the client undertakes to make an advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the quoted price of the tourist services requested and confirmed by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation shall be paid by the customer at the hotel.
In case of non-payment, the hotel may cancel the reservation without notifying the customer.
The Customer may cancel the services without penalty no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of arrival at the Hotel. In the event of cancellation between the 14th (fourteenth) and 7th (seventh) day prior to the date of arrival of the customer at the hotel, a penalty of one night will be due. In case of cancellation less than seven days before the date of arrival and in case of non-arrival at the hotel, the deposit paid will be forfeited as a penalty.

* If there are fewer than 20 guests for dinner at the restaurant, an Assorted Salad and Cold Hors d’oeuvre will be selected and served for you from the variety of the Salad Bar.

In our elegant restaurant ENIGMA you will find:
